CSA SOCIETY OF CERTIFIED SENIOR ADVISORS
The Society of Certified Senior Advisors (SCSA) educates and certifies professionals who work with seniors. The Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® credential applies to professionals who are able to demonstrate their competence and knowledge of working with older adults into their professional practices. By creating a network of qualified professionals, SCSA strives to create a strong and safe environment for seniors and those working with them.
The CSA certification and education programs are developed through a rigorous practice analysis/research study involving hundreds of professionals who work with the older adults from the academic community, industry practitioners, regulators, business and non-governmental organizations. Accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA), the CSA credential applies to professionals in all areas of the aging industry. SCSA is committed to maintaining the high standards of ANSI and NCCA accreditation by continually improving its certification and education programs.
In order to maintain the CSA certification, individuals are required to demonstrate a commitment to high standards, continuing education, professional ethics, and trust. This sets the CSA credential holder apart from other practitioners working with older adults.

INDEXED ANNUITY LEADERSHIP COUNCIL
The Indexed Annuity Leadership Council (IALC) formed in 2011 with a commitment to providing complete and factual information about the use of indexed annuities as a part of any balanced financial plan. We are a consortium of five life insurance organizations.
Our mission is to help educate consumers, the media, regulators and industry professionals about the benefits of fixed indexed annuities. Namely, that these products provide a source of guaranteed income, principal protection, and interest rate stability in retirement as well as balance to any long-term financial plan.

Founded in 1927, the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), The Premier Association of Financial Professionals, is an international, independent association of more than 38,000 of the world’s leading life insurance and financial services professionals from more than 450 companies in 74 countries. MDRT members demonstrate exceptional professional knowledge, strict ethical conduct and outstanding client service. MDRT membership is recognized internationally as the standard of excellence in the life insurance and financial services business.
To be a valued, member-driven, international network of leading insurance and investment financial services professionals/advisors who serve their clients by exemplary performance and the highest standards of ethics, knowledge, service and productivity.
In 1927, 32 extraordinary life insurance producers, each of whom had sold at least $1 million of life insurance, dreamed of a forum dedicated to fostering a high-standard, professional approach to life insurance sales and service. Founded on the belief that growth is a result of exchanging ideas, the concept was: “To receive, individuals must give.”
Out of this dream emerged MDRT – an international, independent association that represents the world’s best sales professionals in the life insurance-based, financial services industry.
MDRT, a positive influence in the life insurance industry, has developed a rich tradition of sharing knowledge for the benefit of clients, prospects, producers and companies.
Code of Ethics
MDRT members should be ever mindful that complete compliance with and observance of the Code of Ethics of the Million Dollar Round Table shall serve to promote the highest quality standards of membership. These standards will be beneficial to the public, and the insurance and financial services profession.
IARFC Mission Statement
The IARFC will foster and enhance the growth of our association for the benefit of our members and the clients they serve by providing a continuing source of information, education and networking.
The organization will strengthen the financial services profession through adherence to and promotion of ethical behavior by our members and a focus on continuing professional education for our members.
Code of Ethics
The IARFC joins other recognized professions in requiring its members to provide professional services in accordance with a Code of Ethics.
I will at all times put my client’s interest above my own.
I will maintain proficiency in my work through continuing education.
I will abide by both the spirit and the letter of the laws and regulations applicable to financial planning services.
When fee-based services are involved, I will charge a fair and reasonable fee based on the amount of time and skill required.
I will give my clients the same service I would give myself in the same circumstances.
